    This is a topic I’m working hard to learn, thanks for the insights! Up until recently, I’ve just been throwing things against the wall to see what sticks (nothing much does!)

    I think learning how to use data and analytics is a fundamental tool for any small business owner using social media to market. We can’t compete with the big guys on scale, so we need to drill down to our niche and use analytics to narrow our target audience.
