How to out smart Fear

                        INDECISION, DOUBT, and FEAR!

INDECISION is the seedling of FEAR, Remember this, as you read. Indecision
form  into DOUBT, the two blend and become FEAR, The blending process
often is slow. This is one reason why these three enemies are so dangerous.
They germinate and grow without their presence being observed

Do not be deceived by the habits of these subtle enemies. Sometimes they remain
hidden in the subconscious mind, where they are difficult to locate, and still more
difficult to eliminate.

THE SIX BASIC FEARS

the fear of POVERTY

The fear of CRITICISM } most of us are

The fear of ILL HEALTH } worries

The fear of LOSS OF LOVE OF SOMEONE

The fear of OLD AGE

The fear of DEATH

All other fears are of minor importance, they can be grouped under these six heading.

THE FEAR OF POVERTY

If you need riches, you must refuse to accept any circumstance that leads toward poverty
The starting point of the path that leads to riches is DESIRE.

if you are willing to accept poverty, you may as well
make up your mind to receive poverty. This is one decision you cannot avoid.

A state of mind is something that one assumes. It cannot be purchased, it must
be created. Fear of poverty is a state of mind, nothing else.

The Fear of Poverty is, without doubt, the most destructive of the six basic fears.
It has been placed at the head of the list, because it is the most difficult to master.

The fear of poverty grew out of man’s inherited tendency to PREY UPON HIS FELLOW MAN ECONOMICALLY.

Nothing brings man so much suffering and humility as POVERTY! Only those
who have experienced poverty understand the full meaning of this.

SYMPTOMS OF  FEAR OF POVERTY

INDIFFERENCE. Commonly expressed through lack of ambition; willingness
to tolerate poverty

INDECISION. The habit of permitting others to do one’s thinking. Staying on
the fence

DOUBT. Generally expressed through alibis and excuses designed to cover up,

WORRY. Usually expressed by finding fault with others, a tendency to spend
beyond one’s income,

OVER-CAUTION. The habit of looking for the negative side of every circumstance,
thinking and talking of possible failure instead of concentrating upon the
means of succeeding

PROCRASTINATION. The habit of putting off until tomorrow that which should
have been done last year

EXPECTING POVERTY INSTEAD OF DEMANDING RICHES. Association with
those who accept poverty instead of seeking the company of those who demand
and receive riches.

MONEY TALKS! AND BULL SHIT WALKS?

When a man is down and out and on the street, unable to get any job at all, something happens to his spirit, which can be in the droop of his shoulders, the set of his hat,his walk and his gaze. He cannot escape a feeling of inferiority among people with regular employment even though he knows they are definitely not his equals in
character,intelligence or ability.

He may borrow for a time, but not enough to carry on in his accustomed way, and he cannot continue to borrow very long.when a man is borrowing merely to live is a
depressing experience, the money lacks the power of earned to revive his spirits.

Of course, none of this applies to bums or habitual doers but only to
men of normal ambitions and self-respect.

THE FEAR OF CRITICISM

Just how man originally came by this fear, no one can state definitely, but one
thing is certain- he has it in a highly developed form.

because of the fear of criticism. Men and women have been burned at
the stake for daring to express disbelief in authority.

it is no wonder we have inherited a consciousness which makes us fear criticism.

the time was, and not so far in the past, when criticism carried severe punishments
and it still does in some countries.

The fear of criticism robs man of his initiative, destroys his power of imagination,
limits his individuality, takes away his self-reliance, and does him damage in a
hundred other ways

Parents often do their children irreparable injury by criticizing them

The mother of one of my boyhood friend used to punish him with
a switch almost daily, always completing the job with the statement, You’ll land
in the penitentiary before you are twenty.

He was sent to a Reformatory at the age of seventeen. Criticism is the one form of service, of which everyone has too much.

One’s nearest relatives often are the worst offenders. It should be recognized
as a crime  for any parent to build inferiority complexes in the mind of a child.

employers who understand human nature, get the best there is in men, not by criticism, but by constructive suggestion, parents may accomplish the same results
with their children. Criticism will plant FEAR in the human heart, or resentment,
it will not build love or affection.

This fear is almost as universal as the fear of poverty, its effects are just as
fatal to personal achievement, mainly because this fear destroys initiative, and
discourages the use of imagination.

    OLD MAN WORRY

Worry is a state of mind based upon fear. It works slowly, but persistently. It is
insiduous and subtle. Step by step it digs itself in until it paralyzes one’s reasoning
faculty, destroys self-confidence and initiative.

Worry is a form of sustained fear caused by indecision therefore it is a state of mind which can be controlled.

do not worry over conditions, once you have reached a decision to follow a definite line of action.

Kill the habit of worry, in all its forms, by reaching a general, blanket decision that
nothing which life has to offer is worth the price of worry. With this decision will
come poise, peace of mind, and calmness of thought which will bring happiness.
You may control your own mind, you have the power to feed it whatever thought
impulses you choose. With this privilege goes also the responsibility of using it
constructively. You are the master of your own earthly destiny

just as surely as you have the power to control your own thoughts. You may influence, direct, and eventually control your own environment, making your life what you need
it to be-or, you may neglect to exercise the privilege which is yours, to make your life
to order, thus casting yourself upon the broad sea of Circumstance where you
will be tossed like a chip on the waves of the ocean.

You  now know the road that leads to riches. You have been given a road
map which, if followed, will keep you on that road. If you neglect to make the
start, or stop before you arrive, no one will be to blame, but YOU. This responsibility
is yours. No alibi will save you from accepting the responsibility if you now
fail or refuse to demand riches of Life, Click the image below to join a money making PROGRAM THAT WILL TAKE YOU OUT OF POVERTY, god bless you and your family, thanks for reading this article.

How to Improve Your Digital Marketing Strategy For 2019

The problem with most of these articles is that the tips aren’t relevant for the new year. Instead, the year’s subject is simply tossed into the title with the attempt to make it sound new, exciting and more promising.

In other words, the tips expressed are just as relevant going into the new year, as they were 11 months prior.

This article is different.

Here, we will look at changes that occurred in 2018, and how to improve your digital marketing strategy going into the new year based on actual changes that require an agile approach to improving and maintaining growth.

What to Focus on that’s Relevant to Changes in 2018

When going over the vital changes that took place in 2018, it’s important to understand how they impact the things your business growth relies on. Typically, this means your customers, products, services, pricing, and competition.

As technology advances, buying behavior and trends change. In addition, there are many cases in which the way products and services are sourced and used changes. With innovations it is also common to see competitors invest in new marketing strategies or adjust their pricing to better reflect predicted growth patterns.

When looking at market, industry and technology changes, ask yourself how these impact the components of your company’s ability to grow, and seek to help you achieve your goals.

Google’s 2018 Updates and What They Mean for 2019

Google purposely doesn’t reveal much about their algorithm or its updates. However, the search engine has told us it makes between 500 and 600 updates every year, with a select few having noticeable effects on ranking.

According to Moz, 2018 has seen 12 noticeable Google updates (the search engine confirmed nine of these).

On March 7 Google confirmed a “core” update that resulted in ranking spikes and drops for roughly two weeks. Known as the “Brackets”, rankings took dramatic shifts, and according to our own internal data, those who saw rankings increase have remained fairly consistent in maintaining high visibility.

Another update worth noticing was the Mobile-First Index Roll-Out. The index had been in a testing hold for several months with hints from Google that they were gradually migrating sites.

Our agency studied indexation data with some telling results. Of the client’s sites who were built to meet Google’s current Best Practices for mobile and that was fetched and indexed for mobile display, 100 percent saw an increase in rankings and organic traffic.

Then there were a number of “core” updates with one that had a significant impact on ranking. In August Google confirmed a “broad core algorithm update” with vast reports of massive ranking and engagement impacts.

The update seemed to have the biggest impact on websites specific to the wellness and health vertical, but there was large-scale impact across multiple industries.

Here’s what Google’s 2018 updates summarize and forecast for the new year to come: the search engine continues to award websites that produce content matching search intention, and sites that provide a user-friendly experience on mobile devices.

More People Use Mobile Devices, and Google has Taken Notice

In 2018 there were two updates that we know of that directly reward websites who index their pages for mobile, provide a great user experience, and with this comes a quick load speed.

Unless you are in a niche market and have data proving your customers don’t search for your products or services on mobile devices, you had best make your site mobile friendly for 2019 to give your customers an enjoyable experience.

According to Blue Corona in 2018 52.2% of the world’s online traffic was generated through mobile devices, which is in increase from the previous year at 50.3%.

This means that going into 2019 you will need to do the following:

• Optimize for mobile SEO first
• Exclude tablets from mobile devices (smartphones only)
• Use separate URLs
• Use dynamic serving
• Make sure site has a responsive design
• Don’t use large files with long load times
• Use Google’s Mobile Usability Test

Google puts tablets in their own class and have stated that they do not belong in the definition of “mobile devices”. So going into 2019 your focus should be on mobile phone users.

But this does not mean you should ignore desktop users. Although mobile usage will only continue to grow, desktop will always be relative, especially for peak times of the day for certain industries.

A good digital marketing strategy going into 2019 would be to invest in a Growth Stack that has an SEO arm where landing pages for specific desktop users that is buyer-focused and based on products, services and geographic areas can improve overall rankings and engagement. i hope some of this tips help you to improve your web site

ranking for 2019 and beyond, thanks for reading this article and may god bless you and your family for 2019, thank you. click the image below to be a part of my money making program , thanks again god bless.

Marketing Yourself – Just Do It – Here’s How

Advertising

I bet a lot of people have never paid for an ad.
It is one of the most basic forms of marketing yet many small business and especially freelancers have never done it. If done properly, it is extremely effective and value for money. So how do you go about placing an ad for your services? Well, this is easiest to explain with an example so I am going to use writers/rewriters as an example.
Who do you want to sell to? Online, writers and re writers are likely to do a lot of their work for websites/website designers/affiliate marketers. This is a target market. So where are they? Where do they hang out online? One place is the site Black Hat World (I have no affiliation with that site). A small ad on that site can cost as little as $20-30/week yet this is, as they accurately call themselves, the home of internet marketing. It is where web designers, SEO people and affiliate marketers go to find info on the best way to promote themselves. There are many other similar places which could be cheaper so look around and see what suits you.

Consistency: When you choose to advertise as a small business, it is important that you are consistent in what you do and specifically in two ways.

  1. Where and when you advertise is important. Being consistent builds trust and familiarity with your audience
  2. Your message: Don’t constantly change what you offer such as huge discounts now and then. Broadcast a message of value rather than “cheapness”. Sure, offering a discount is ok but give it a purpose such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday, holidays etc. The target market for most freelancers are constantly bombarded with “super discount deals” and are usually immune to them. Those who do jump at them will leave as soon as your discount ends.

Measurable: When advertising, you need to be able to track results. If you don’t then how do you know what works? This can be done in a number of ways but a very effective way is to offer an extra for mentioning where they saw you. Eg. On your ad, say “Extra 10% free when you mention http://www.example.site. Asking your clients how they found you it is difficult and often inaccurate but not a bad idea either.

Affordable (Money): There are no guarantees with advertising. You may not get back what you invest so financially, do not throw a big budget at something new and never spend more than you can afford.

Direct: When you buy advertising space etc, it is not the time to be subtle. We are not Coca-Cola, we are simply not at a point where our advertising should be based on “giving people a good feeling” like Coke’s holiday advertising. It needs to catch attention and get your message across, it needs to be appealing to your audience and make an impact in a short space of time. Look at your service – as a general rule – if it is text based then your ad can be text based, if it is graphic/image based then you need to include graphics/images. Nobody is interested in a graphic designer who writes well or a writer who takes beautiful photos.

                                      Relational Marketing

Consistent: Even more important here than in advertising. This method of marketing requires complete consistency. You need to do it regularly and count it as part of your workday/week. There is no point announcing yourself on a forum and then not returning for 2 months. Wherever you choose to engage, you need to commit to visiting a couple of times per week. This applies to all forms of social media including blogs and forums.
If you create a blog or site then you need to commit to updating it regularly. Your content needs to be consistent and regular. Some find it worthwhile to spend one day per month creating 4-6 blog posts and then posting them weekly – others prefer to write them each week.
Note: If you prewrite blogs, always check for current events that may connect to your post in a positive or negative way! Highlight the positive ways, remove the negative ways!

Personal: This method works best if you are you! Think like you, post like you (appropriately!), react like you (professionally). Engage with people, ask good questions, inquire about what others do, think, believe, hope for etc. When asked, answer. Answer questions about things you know about, not about things you don’t but be interested and willing to learn. In this way, when you DO post something, people will listen as they have seen that you only answer things you know about. Nobody likes a know-it-all but everyone hates a thinks-he-knows-it-all.

Indirect: Do not directly offer your services to people on social media, blogs, forums etc. The world is full of, and sick of, people doing this. It doesn’t work and is a huge turn off. People will simply ignore you. Despite what social media companies want shareholders and advertisers want us to believe, SM is still mainly social. If you go around showing off, promoting, pushing etc, people will view you as anti-social and that is not what they are on that platform to see. Instead, you want to be the person that people are interested in enough to find out what you do, by asking or checking your profile. Then, when you have been consistent, people will seek you out when they need your advice/service. You can give some advice away freely but always charge for your services.

Knowledge based: Do you know what you are talking about? This is the subconscious question people will ask every time they see something you write or hear something you say. If you do then they will listen, if you don’t then they will laugh at you. It is that simple. It is vital to know what you are talking about, that you research any “facts” you think you know, that any stats you quote are accurate. This builds credibility and over time it builds trust which leads to reliance on you. When people rely on you, they will pay for your knowledge.
Note: Do not get drawn too deeply into arguments. It never looks good. Make your points, listen to the others’ points, be prepared to learn/accept opinions. You are not out to change the world one post at a time – some people love arguments but for the drama, not to learn.

So that’s it. Two different approaches to marketing that you can begin today to improve your sales. Yes, Advertising should be done in moderation but when you get good results, keep doing it. Relational marketing takes time and effort but the reward is much greater as it becomes easier over time. You are also much more likely to get referrals through relational marketing. What’s stopping you?
Why not commit to spending $50 on advertising this month – choose the target carefully and just go for it!
How about you decide to allocate just 1 hour per week to Relational Marketing? You can afford that I’m sure – split it into 3-4 slots of 15-20 minutes over a week and you will see results but don’t forget to come back here too or I’ll miss you!

How to Write a Good Article

Do you want to write articles that will earn you millions of readership while you also earn from it? What if I told you that I can teach you how to write compelling pieces that can be posted on the best blogs available today and shared by thousands on social media? Someone once said that everyone wants to get to heaven but nobody wants to die. Nothing could be further from the truth. As you follow my lead on these important tips for writing a great article, it is my prayer that you will religiously follow these steps way after you are done reading this article.

Most aspiring, even seasoned writers face ‘writer’s block’. Writer’s block can be defined as a creative meltdown process where a writer can no longer have a free-flow of ideas to pen down. Nevertheless, you won’t spend the rest of your life having a pity party and fall apart like a two-dollar suitcase.

Brainstorm on your topic, do a proper research and get your facts right. Come up with sub-headings that serve to link the readers to the key topic. Visit libraries, speak to people knowledgeable in that field and use online resources to dig out collaborative sources of information to make your article authentic. Essentially all work is done here at the preparation stage; proper research will lead to great article.

Go for topics that you are passionate about but also worthwhile to your target audience. An enthusiastic approach to your article will engage the audience and prolong its shelf life way after the writer has moved on.

The title tells it all

The title of your article has the potential to either make you or break you. It doesn’t matter if you write your title first before you do the story or vice versa. You must have a catchy title that draws in your reader, in business terms, this is called the USP- Unique Selling Position.

Of what value is it to the reader if he takes his time to read through their article? An effective headline is a teaser that tells us what the article is all about without giving away much but promises a particular value to the reader.

Presenting your idea

The article should begin with a hook, this is crucial to get your readers glued to what you are talking about. There are various methods to introduce your article and this includes but not limited to the use of shocking statistics or facts, posting a thought- provoking the question, debunking conventional myths or sharing some personal information.

Paint a picture

Novelty to your article is the definition of your artistic ability to tell the story. Any great article must be written in a creative, coherent and sequential manner that is easy for the reader to read, comprehend, learn and also be entertained. This is where you prioritize events/ actions, choice of words and their timing on when and where they appear will have an overall effect on your article.

A little bit of humor can go a long way in making your article interesting although this should be used sparingly. Too much of humor can water down its intended effect to the reader. The same applies to the use of vocabularies and terminologies. Not unless you are writing a scientific article and you are compelled to write terminologies not known to the average reader, stick to words commonly used in our day to day conversation. Whatever it is you are writing about, etch a mental picture into the mind of the reader as they read along.

Call to Action

The essence of writing an article is to want people to respond in a particular predetermined manner. This is the call to action and it comes to the conclusion to your story. What lessons do you want people to take away from your article?

An image is worth a thousand words

If you really must use a picture as part of your story, employ emotional intelligence while selecting it. Photos or pictures should minister to the subconscious and amplify those aspects that you could not put in black and white. It should largely contribute to the overall tone of your article drawn from its artistic perspective which could be humor, or a sense of urgency, curiosity or creativity.

Repetition is the mother of learning. Being a great article writer is not an overnight success. You must practice time and again by writing more articles until you perfect the art. Don’t be discouraged by naysayers, keep researching, keep reading, keep asking, and keep writing. I repeat, repetition is the mother of learning.

How to increase your website’s conversion rate

One of the first steps in starting your own online business is making a website. This website is your place of business and must be treated as such.

Below are some ideas, you can use to help increase your website’s conversion rate.

Call to Action – Telling your visitors what to do can help turn their indecisiveness into action. Tell them what to do to begin the ordering process. Tell them why they should buy from you and that they should “Buy Now”. Tell them to Click Here to make the purchase. Give clear and concise instructions.

Easy Navigation – Do not make your site a maze for your visitors to try and navigate. Have a simple, clean design with an easy navigational menu. Use short, straightforward, easy-to-read paragraphs. Make all your pages uniform and professional.

Be Direct – Write your page copy like you would talk to your customer. There is no need for fancy words. You do need to be professional but your web pages DON’T need to be written like a complicated legal contract.

Contact Info – Always have your name and contact info on every one of your web pages. Be sure to write an About Us page. People will NOT trust you if they do not know who you are. Make up a Privacy Policy page so your visitors feel secure, which will add to that trust.

Professional Graphics – Graphics can help increase sales but do not use the childish looking cartoon clipart. Use professional well-designed graphics. There are some sites where the cartoon clipart will fit but most will need sharp, clean professional graphics.

Easy Ordering Process – One sure way to lose a customer is by having a long, drawn-out ordering process. Having to click through too many pages to order will have your potential customer clicking to another site. Be sure your shopping cart is secure and doesn’t ask your customer to write a book or click to the moon!

Upfront with Prices – One thing that makes me leave a site very quickly is if they try to hide their prices. Even if your prices are a bit high, you will be better off to be upfront with them than to try and hide them. Also, have easy access to your shipping rates and return policies.

Sense of Urgency – Sometimes people need a little help deciding if they should order or not. Creating a sense of urgency can help them make that decision. Limited Time Offer, Limited Supply, First 10 Customers, Buy Now for Free Gift. All these types of phrases help get the customer in the “Buy Now” frame of mind.

Stress the Benefits – Be sure to explain what your products and/or services can do for your customer. Benefits sell more than features. For example: If you are selling office chairs, be sure to tell them how it will help their posture thus minimizing back pain instead of explaining what the chair is made from. Let them know the chair will support their spine rather than going on and on about the fabric. People want to know what your product can do for them!

Make Your Visitors Feel Appreciated – If your visitors feel appreciated just for being a visitor, then they know they will be treated well as a customer. Give a free gift just for stopping by. Give them a discount on their first order. Let them know you appreciate them and thank them for even stopping by your site.

All these things can help  a person’s decision “To Buy or Not to Buy”. Try as many as you can and see how effective they can be. Click the Image below to check out my Site.

7 Methods the Pros Use to Increase Website Traffic

It is no accident that the highest value businesses on the Web are not necessarily the ones with the highest annual profits, but rather the ones with the most website traffic. This is because consistent website traffic presents unlimited opportunities for conversion into profits. Businesses that have the capital to do so concentrate for years on building website traffic before they even try to make a profit. However, those of us in the real world with small online businesses need to be more balanced. We need to increase website traffic and make a profit early on in our business pursuits.

This article is an overview of the key methods the pros use to increase website traffic without breaking their budgets. After reading this, you should either have some new ideas about how to increase website traffic or have reinforced your drive to use these ideas to increase your website traffic.

If you are like most of the small businesses on the Web, you’re scratching and clawing for every site visitor you can get. The Web is the most competitive environment in the world because everyone with an Internet connection can do business on the Web. However, the Web is also the greatest business opportunity in the world because there are about a billion people surfing around. What other marketplace can match that? Of course, none of those people do you any good unless you find a way to drive them to your website.

So, enough talk about the obvious importance of finding ways to increase website traffic. Below is a list of 7 important methods the pros use to increase website traffic without breaking their budgets:

1. Take part in online communities and forums. You can establish expertise, credibility, goodwill, and friendships with potential customers when you provide help to others in these communities and forums. You can also learn more about your customers and the needs people have that you can fill. You will increase website traffic for the long-term by being helpful in forums in many cases because these forum postings could be available on the Web for many years and help many people.

2. Offer a helpful or interesting newsletter related to the content of your business website. This is another way of gaining credibility with potential customers. If you make your newsletter very interesting, it will also provide a regular advertising medium to those with an interest in your products. So you will be increasing website traffic from those likely to buy from you.

3. Write articles related to the content of your business website that you can publish and/or make available for other sites and newsletters to publish. You will gain credibility as an expert for the contents of your articles and from the willingness of others to recognize your expertise by publishing your articles. You will also gain exposure, as your name and website will appear at the bottom everywhere your articles are used.

4. Swap links with websites related to your business website. This will help establish credibility for you because you are cited by other websites. More importantly, it will increase website traffic from people interested in your type of website. A further benefit will be that search engines will recognize links to your sites as an endorsement of your credibility on the topic and thus put you higher in search results.

5. Make sure the content on your website uses more nouns than pronouns. Search engines don’t know what objects pronouns refer to when they see pronouns. And, the people doing searches use the noun objects themselves for their searches. So your websites should include the nouns for which they are searching. And you thought learning objects, nouns, and pronouns in school was useless?

6. Consider spending most of your advertising budget on search engine advertising. This advertising not only will increase website traffic, but you only have to pay for website traffic from people doing a search for words describing what you offer. This increases your chance of closing sales directly off your advertising budget.

7. Offer things to your customers for free that improve your brand image or contain advertisements that your customers will pass around to others, increasing your exposure. This is often referred to as viral marketing because the marketing spreads from one person to the next instead of from you to each customer. The best way to achieve this is to offer something unique that is either extremely useful or entertaining. It is a definite plus if what you offer appeals specifically to your target market so that you will increase website traffic from buying customers.

Premature Ejaculation
